Friday - WTF Marketing
Sex sells. Sometimes guilt sells. And when all else fails, advertizing professionals just try to confuse the hell out of us.

Awesome collection, as usual. That MILF Realty though: frekin' priceless!
As for God not hating gay people, God didn't just all of a sudden become liberal recently, although I like the sign. Jesus never condemns homosexuality. Because some so-called Christians pervert (good word, huh?) reality, a lot of people have the idea that God is full of hatred, when in fact, God is full of love. And, ummmm, Trooper, I'm not trying to be a pissy bitch, but your description of your novel says something about "states" and I get the feeling that maybe you mean "stakes." If you'd like a good proofreader before you send everything to the publisher, I highly recommend www.janiejunebugwritingandediting.com. They're good and have realistic prices.

ZenMom: Thanks and good to see you here again.
LOLA: Thanks for picking that up; That blurb was written in haste. Two slaps on the wrist for me.
Mmmmmm Trooper, no need for slaps on the wrist, but "it's" means it is. I think you want its.
Still not intending to be a pissy grammar bitch,
Lola
LOLA: I believe in this case, the "it's" applies as the possessive, however, "its" is also acceptable since The Government could be considered non-living.
Great, as always.
I never thought of it's that way. Very interesting. I still think it's its though. Now I have emergency grammarian research to keep me busy for days.
Love,
Lola
Well, it didn't keep me busy for days as I had hoped. Grammar questions can be answered pretty quickly in a life as pathetic and lonely as mine. Now please don't be upset but its IS the possessive.
Love,
Lola, who really has no life whatsoever
