Movember is Back!

That time of year is upaon us again when normally clean-shaven men put their razors (and their dignitiy) aside and grow a moustache to fight prostate cancer. Yes it's Movember again.

My last year's experience was tepid, both in money raised ($235) and the quality of moustache grown.
For a little inspiration I read this article summarizing the 11 Ridiculous Moustaches Every Guy Should Sport.

This year I'm going for #11 The Joe Namuth Handlebar

That's awesome, and I fully support this Movember idea. I grew a beard for the NBA playoffs last year - first time ever. Perhaps now I should consider Movember!

Well, I'm not one to be overly superstitious or really believe a lot of that stuff...BUT...they went a hell of a lot further than anyone thought they would.

Funny part is, I figured I would do it, see how it looked, and it'd be off pretty quick. They went deeper than we expected, so by the end I was pretty well ready to shave. MUCH longer than I had anticipated. I even attended a wedding in the carribean with my ridiuclous patchy blond beard. Ruined all their pictures I"m sure. Oh well, wasn't my wedding!

And yes, I'll do it again this year.
